Second HYDROMINE online meeting

The second HYDROMINE consortium meeting took place on May 19, 2025. During the event, the consortium took the opportunity to review the work completed in the first months of the project and plan the next steps. The focus laid on data collection on potential locations for the proposed small and medium size Pumped Hydroelectric Storage (PHS) technology. To this end, the identification of the key geotechnical and infrastructural parameters and their uniform determination is of great importance. In addition, a technical analysis of suitable technologies for small pumped storage units and a preselection and evaluation of environmentally friendly pipeline materials were carried out.
